Powers Ferry Rd. wraps along inside of I-285 crossing over the Chattahoochee River and then turns south towards Buckhead.  This bit of undiscovered scenic part of Atlanta was often viewed as a shortcut from the burbs into Buckhead.  Trees and national parks often hid older homes and the McMansions that have slowly taken root in recent years.

One Riverplace is a new community that just broke ground along this road and will be featureing condos, townhomes and single family homes.  One Riverplace has taken over the grounds around where Ray's on the River now stands and a complete demolition has occured of all the small office buildings that once stood there.

One Riverplace will be featuring a mixed use community of condos starting in the $200k range, townhomes in the $400k range and single family homes reaching the $800k range.
